How does Jiri's Clothing online subscription work? +

Jiri's Clothing is a subscription-only fashion platform. To access any Jiri's designs, you must be subscribed to one of our plans. Once enrolled, you will be able to view the seasonal collection when it becomes available.

When the collection becomes available, you can begin selecting your looks:

  • ✓ Select from dresses, and sets
  • ✓ Try on looks using your personal virtual avatar
  • ✓ Monthly Plan: Select up to 3 looks per month
  • ✓ Seasonal Plan: Select up to 10 looks for the entire season

Once you submit your selections, we ship and you keep everything you selected at no extra cost. Jiri's is not a rental or try-before-you-buy service.

What makes Jiri's Clothing different? +

Jiri's Clothing is not a traditional online store. We release limited fashion styles every season (Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring) that are only accessible to our subscribers

What if I don't complete my looks for the season? +

If you do not select all of your eligible looks within a season, your unused looks will roll over to the next season and be added as extra selections. This ensures you never lose what you've paid for.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will still receive that month's or season's shipment. No future charges will occur after cancellation.

Where does Jiri's Clothing operate and manufacture? +

Jiri's Clothing operates in the United States.

What is your return policy? +

Returns are accepted for size exchange only.

  • ✓ One look (up to two pieces) exchange per customer, per season
  • ✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • ✓ Original tags must be attached
  • ✓ No stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

If returned items do not meet these conditions, the exchange will not be granted and the item will be sent back to the customer.
