Return Policy

At Jiri's Clothing, every piece is selected by you during your subscription access. Because of the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we maintain the following policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
All items selected and purchased through Jiri's Clothing are final sale.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Style preference
- Fit (other than sizing issues as outlined below)
- Delays in delivery
2. Size Exchanges Only
We understand sizing can vary. We offer exchanges for size only, under the following conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Exchange is subject to availability
If the requested size is unavailable:
- A store credit may be issued at our discretion
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement (if available), or
- Store credit
4. No Try-Before-You-Buy
Jiri's Clothing is not a try-before-you-buy service.
All selections made during your access period are considered intentional purchases, and you keep all items you choose.
5. Limited Collections
- All collections are limited edition
- No restocks or repeats once items are sold out
This means exchanges are not guaranteed.
6. Return Shipping (Exchanges Only)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
7. Processing Time
- Exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your item
